?? This is why community and community management is so important!
Building strong networks and communities has become one of the strongest use cases of NFTs. And this is also what you can see in most successful project: A great community.
It doesn’t necessarily matter what kind of community it is. Whether it’s a full degen project, a business network or a fashion project, the community is where the magic happens.
Why community matters
What customers and clients are in web2 is the community in web3. To name a few reasons:
✅ Web3 or NFTs enable a much closer and genuine customer relationship than web2. Because this relationship begins way before buying the actual product and is not ending with the product being purchased.
✅ Communities strengthen the customer-product-relationship
✅ Communities enable like-minded people to hang out and interact with each other
Therefore, Community Building starts with the WHY
Why are people joining communities?
❓ Are they just looking for their ROI?
❓ Are they in for educational purpose?
❓ Are they looking for web3 connections?
❓ Are they in for the utilities that are offered?
Once you’ve found out the incentives of people joining web3-communities it’s on you to design your target audience and your objectives with the community.
There are huge differences in handling communities, though.
The smaller the community the deeper the connections between each member. This also means that the team can really focus on the quality of these connections. You can’t just compare this to a massive 100k+ community.
I’ve seen many teams just ‘trying’ community management on their own because of ‘how hard can it be’… but the community management is one giant, if not the biggest part of building a successful project and should not be underestimated.
How we can help you
At TIVAN one of our major services is community management. We spent months studying the principles of community management and bulding communities. We’ve been researching data while at the same time being active members in the biggest communities in web3 but also in small but way more engaging servers.
Have a look at our portfolio to find out more about our services and what we offer in detail. If you’d like to have a more in-depth portfolio, feel free to reach out.
